We're a lean, fast-growing team, and we need a Paid Ads Specialist who can build and manage campaigns that drive real, measurable leads for our clients.
The Role We're hiring a full-time, remote Paid Ads Specialist (Meta + Google) to own paid media strategy and execution across our client portfolio. You'll build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and Meta — owning performance from budget to booked job. You'll work closely with our account management team to make sure paid results align with client goals.
