\nPosition Summary
\nUnder the direct supervision of the Director of Applications the Lead Epic Analyst will not only serve as a liaison between user departments/offices and the software vendor(s), but also lead a team of analysts and support team members, providing exceptional customer service and open lines of communication. The Lead Epic Analyst is responsible for leading the team in the necessary tables and parameters to ensure smooth operations of assigned systems. The Lead Epic Analyst will be responsible for leading their team in implementing and maintaining various physician and clinical applications & workflows to both internal and external users at Jupiter Medical Center, Inc. The lead must possess strong organizational skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
